Vivarta Academy has one 1000 square ft dance studio located at Haralur, Bangalore. When not in use, our spacious and vibrant studio is available for short term/regular rental at very reasonable rates. Our studio space is available for a variety of rentals including pre-wedding/dance rehearsals, workshops, auditions, photo shoots, jamming, small art & cultural events etc. Our friendly bunch of teams would make you feel home and comfortable.
Why Vivarta Academy
Music and art are essential to becoming a well-rounded human being. Unfortunately, these types of programs have been disappearing from schools over the years. We’ve found all of the local spots you can rent in order to foster music and arts education after school. Budding musicians need a music room or recital hall, young thespians require a theater or auditorium, and visual artists need a bright studio where they can sketch still life’s or create charcoal landscapes.

Studio Policies
- Requests must be made 72 hours in advance of rental and are not guaranteed until paid in full within 72 hours of the day of rental.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your rental, there will be no refund or carry forward option given.
- Clients must arrive on time. Time will not be extended for tardiness. Clients must vacate their space on time to accommodate the next client coming in.
- No food or beverages other than water bottles are permitted inside the studio when they’re being used for rehearsals or auditions.
- Clients are held responsible for any damages incurred during the rental time and the same shall be compensated by the client.
- Clients under the influence of any toxic substances will not be allowed in the studio.
- Smoking anywhere in and around the studio space is strictly prohibited.
- There shall be no extension of the timings once booked. If preferred, the same shall be planned by contacting the studio manager after paying for the extra hours. Extra hours are purely subjected to availability of the studio space at one’s desired timing.
- Vivarta Academy is to be held harmless for any injuries that may occur during the rental period.
- Vivarta Academy is not responsible for loss of any personal property/belongings of the client during the rental time.
- No hard-sole shoes including heels, boots & street shoes are permitted in the studio.
